A note to parents:
In my classes this year, students will be allowed to retake quizzes and tests with the following conditions. First, the original quiz or test must be corrected with written explanations as to why the problem was missed. Second, the corrections must be submitted to me one school day prior to the scheduled retake. The retake will not be identical to the original quiz or test, but will address the same material. Last, the retake date will be set by the teacher and will be done during lunch.
